2 oz Vodka
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 chunk Pineapple
1.5 oz Cream of Coconut
1.5 cups Crushed Ice

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a Collins glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
