St. Croix Cooler

2 oz White Rum
1/2 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Brandy
1 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
2.5 oz Orange Juice (fresh)
1.5 oz Lemon Juice (fresh)
1 dash Orange Flower Water
1 splash Club Soda

Cut orange peel in one continuous spiral from half an orange. Place peel in a Collins glass, permitting one end to overhang the rim. Fill Collins glass with ice. Shake all ingredients except the club soda over ice. Strain into Collins glass. Top with club soda.
