Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Bar Sugar (Superfine)
3 oz Champagne (chilled)

Instructions

Chill Collins glass. Shake all ingredients except Champagne over ice. Fill Collins glass half full of ice. Strain into glass and top with Champagne.
