2 oz Sloe Gin
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp Bar Sugar (Superfine)
4 oz Club Soda

Instructions

Chill Collins glass. Shake all ingredients except club soda over ice. Fill Collins glass half full of ice. Strain into glass and top with club soda.
