Chill cocktail glass. Chill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour ice out of the shaker and pour all ingredients into the shaker. Stir. Pour into cocktail glass.
This drink is meant be served cool with no ice. If your ingredients are already cool, you can forgo chilling the shaker. If your ingredients are room temperature, chill the shaker.
