Rum Swizzle

Juice of 1 Lime (about 1 oz)
1 tsp Bar Sugar (Superfine) (heaping)
3 oz Club Soda
2 oz Aged Rum
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Dissolve sugar with lime juice, and club soda in a Collins glass. Fill with ice. Stir. Pour in rum and bitters. Stir again and serve with a swizzle stick. Garnish with part of the spent lime shell.
