Shake all ingredients hard with cracked ice. Strain into a Highball glass filled with more cracked ice. Garnish with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry.
This is basically a Pina Colada with Blue Curacao. I use a little less Blue Curacao than most recipes to keep this drink out of the too-sweet column.
You can also make this drink in a blender. Just use 1/2 to 3/4 of cracked ice.
