Notes
This is a very refreshing and thirst quenching drink. The bitterness of the Campari, adroitly cut by the soda, and then tweaked by the oil from the lemon combine to form one of summer's most perfect drinks. Sip this on a patio somewhere in July...and order the Antipasto.
The amount of soda is a suggestion. Feel free to adjust this to taste. You can also try an orange twist.
