1/2 oz Lemon Juice (fresh)
2 tsp Bar Sugar (Superfine)
3 oz Club Soda

Shake vodka, lemon juice, and sugar over ice. Pour into highball glass. Top with ice if necessary. Fill with club soda. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
