Pina Colada

2.5 oz Aged Rum
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 chunk Pineapple
1.5 oz Cream of Coconut
1.5 cups Crushed Ice

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a Collins glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.

Notes

Usually white rum is used. I prefer aged rum. If you don't have any pineapple handy, just use two ounces of pineapple juice.
