Perfect Rob Roy

2 oz Scotch
1/3 oz Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
1/3 oz Noilly Prat Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Chill cocktail glass. Stir Scotch, vermouth, and one dash of bitters over ice. Put the other dash of bitters in the cocktail glass. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or a lemon twist.
