Clear. Pungent, raw sugarcane aromas. Almost overpowering at first. Big-time sugarcane on the palate, tailing out with a little gingery spice. A lot of body here and a long finish for a white rum. Smooth at the end with very little burn. Crying out for a Ti Punch. Tasted 6/26/2006.
