Amber color. Slight peat, white oak, and flowery aromas. Light and airy on the palate at first. Then blossoms into rose petals, allspice, and delicate peat. Medium body, with rich mouthfeel. Finishes with a mild wave of peat along with orange peel and honey notes. The finish goes on for several minutes. Extraordinary. Tasted 3/29/2007.
