Cazadores Blanco Tequila

Clear. Perfumy aromas of lime zest, cotton candy, and pine. Opens slowly on the palate to reveal a light bodied Tequila with notes of herbs and light agave fruit, followed by some fiery heat. The fruit tails off into a medium long finish of dry, rustic heat. A touch astringent at the end. Tasted 4/13/2007.
