Reddish amber in color. A nose of grilled pineapple, sweet pepper, and white pepper. Opens steadily with sweet agave fruit (almost candied). Continues with honey, nuts, then some slight herbal notes. Pleasant heat follows with a long, smooth finish. A very concentrated style. Tasted 4/11/2007.
