Reddish amber. Light agave, pine, and herbal aromas. Opens slowly to reveal grassy notes and malty notes a bit like an Irish whisky. Nutty sweetness then tails into slight molasses and sorghum notes. A long finish with pleasant warmth. Tasted 4/11/2007.
