Amber. Strawberries, custard, and muscat grapes in the nose. Opens quickly with orange peel and muscat flavors. Follows with some heat. Some tannins lead to a short finish. Astringent heat remains for some time. Rather fat/flat, with little acidity until the unbalanced burn at the end. Drink on the rocks or with club soda. Tasted 5/9/2007.
