Nearly clear color with a hint of straw. Powdered sugar, yeast, and bread dough nose with lime and mint notes. Supple attack on the palate, smooth almost like glycerin in texture. A touch of sweetness moving into a subtle alcohol warmth. The sweetness is a bit unwelcome. Medium length finish (20 seconds). Dries out at the end. Tasted at room temperature. All in all, a little fat and sweet for my palate. Tasted 6/5/2006.
