Glenmorangie 12 Year Burgundy Finish Scotch Whisky

Reddish purple color. Fairly intense aromas of lemon and dry sangria. Closed on the palate for only a moment, then a quick opening into some heat, some red wine hints, and strawberries. Settles into a nice 30 second finish. Nicely balanced. Overall a rather light body with no evidence of peat. Tasted 3/28/2007.
