Mezcal
Light straw in color. Grass, lemon, and lime in the nose. Opens quickly with brief white wine notes, then lemon, smoke, and earthy flavors. Fairly long finish with warm, smoky heat. This is not your father's mezcal. Tasted 4/11/2007.
