Light amber color. Cotton candy, praline, and amaretto notes in the aromas. Opens evenly with hints of apples, raisins, and graham crackers. Light body and a little thin. Moves on to some mild heat and spice, and a little sweetness. Short finish. An off-dry, reserved style. Tasted 7/23/2007.
