Ozeki Karatamba Junmai Honjozo Sake

Mostly clear with a slight straw color. Light kiwi, pineapple, and grassy aromas. Light on the palate, then grows just a bit. Sweet overtones without the requisite acidity (a little fat). Very short finish. A light, simple sake. Warm it to open it up a bit or use in cocktails. Tasted 2/2/2008.
