Light amber color. Thin aromas of baking spices. Closed like a bank safe at first--then opens some after 20 seconds or so. Hints of oak, cinnamon bark with some medicinal heat. Tails with faint herbal notes and a short finish. A workmanlike cognac suitable for mixing. Tasted 8/30/2008.
