Liquor & Drink is now a responsive website. What this means is that the site will adapt to whatever device you are using from a phone to a large desktop computer. The web pages will automatically respond to whatever your screen size is for a quality browsing experience.
This is especially important to you mobile users out there. You no longer have to zoom in and out to read and find content on the site.
There will be more improvements in the coming weeks.
Just wanted to explain some of the changes on the site in the last few weeks. I have removed a lot of liquor and mixers that had little or no content. These were placeholders for future content but were also crowding search and browse results needlessly.
I have also simplified the liquor and mixer categories (there were way too many) and flavors.
I will continue this process on the drink recipes and will also start revising adding new drink recipes over the coming months.
Hope the changes bring you a tighter, more useful cocktail website.
After a long hiatus, Liquor and Drink is back with a new site design and new content. We have added comments so you can participate in discussions about drink recipes, liquors, mixers, reviews, and blog posts. Some of the searching and browsing features have been simplified as well.
Also, I will be moving the drink recipes towards more serious and classic examples while toning down the Spring Break drinks. I want to move more towards a thoughtful, craft cocktail and mixed drink direction.
Additional features such as mobile device support and more user customization are forthcoming. Until then, cheers!
I didn't just want to do another drink recipe website. No, this site is going to go beyond the lists of ingredients into liquor reviews, where drinks came from, and how to make good ones.
