Shake vodka, lemon juice, and sugar over ice. Pour into highball glass. Top with ice if necessary. Fill with club soda. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
You can't taste the alcohol in this one. It is basically homemade lemonade, vodka, and a soda topper.
