Clear. Medium intensity floral, baking spice, and lemon square aromas. Opens slowly into a light to medium body. Smooth and neutral with good depth for a clear rum (the aging is probably helping here). Slight chalk and mint notes along with some tropical fruit. A nuanced oak structure tails with notes of almonds and sugarcane along with nicely balanced heat that lingers. About a one minute finish. Great for mixing, but it can also stand on it's own.
